The notice read as follows, “Shri Pramod Rath, Advisor, Sambalpur District Committee is
hereby expelled from Biju Janata Dal for his anti-party activities with immediate effect.”
The BJD Organizational Secretary Pranab Prakash Das has expelled Pramod Rath from the party after evidence of his anti-party activities was found.
