President Droupadi Murmu to grace ‘Boita Bandana Utsav’ in Paradip today
President of India Droupadi Murmu is to visit Paradip today. She will attend the 'Boita Bandana Utsav' as the Chief guest of the event.
Paradip: President of India Droupadi Murmu is all set to visit Paradip today. Therein, she will attend the ‘Boita Bandana Utsav’ as the Chief guest of the event on the occasion of Kartika Purnima. President Murmu arrived in Odisha on Sunday and spent the day at Raj Bhawan. Today at 8 AM, she left from Raj Bhavan. She will fly to Paradip via a special chopper.
At 9.30 am from the helipad near Gopabandhu Stadium, the President will pass through gate number four of the port along with the special security force and reach the ‘Boita Bandana Utsav’ venue organized by the Paradip Port Authority .
President Droupadi Murmu will flag off the event. Later, she will inspect port craft before addressing a total of 30 members of the fishing community. Post lunch, President Droupadi Murmu will return to Bhubaneswar and leave for Delhi.
Notably, this is President Murmu’s second visit to Odisha in the month of November. 30 platoons of police force have been deployed for President Droupadi Murmu’s visit to Paradip.
