According to reports, the incident has taken place in Jajpur district under Balichandanpur police station limits. The man belongs to Kadampali village. The incident took place in Kelua river.
The deceased has been identified as Duryodhan Jena. It is reported that Jena had gone to the river for his daily ambulation said reports.
