Former Aul MLA Sushree Devi passes away
Former Aul MLA and Odisha Minister Pratap Keshari Deb’s mother, Sushree Devi passed away this afternoon at her Cuttack-based residence. She was 73.
Kendrapara: Former Aul MLA and Odisha Minister Pratap Keshari Deb’s mother, Sushree Devi passed away this afternoon at her Cuttack-based residence. She was 73.
Devi was reportedly suffering from several age-related ailments since long period of time. She represented the Aul assembly constituency between 1990 and 1995. Later, she was the member of the Rajya Sabha from 2002 to 2008.
Meanwhile, political leaders cutting across the party line and other eminent people condoled the death of Sushree Devi and sent a message of solace to the bereaved family members.
