Diarrhoea continues to spread in Rourkela, Odisha CM to review situation today

Rourkela: The Odisha CM will review the diarrhoea cases in Rourkela on Tuesday said reliable reports in this regard. As per reports, as many as seven people have lost their lives due to the severe diarrhoea.

It is worth mentioning that within a span of three days there have been seven deaths due to the  diarrhoea outbreak in Rourkela of Odisha. The situation has caused and alarm among local people.

The district administration along with the health department has initiated necessary precautions in this regard. Over 300 people have been affected with diarrhoea in Rourkela. Reports say, a special team comprising of experts from Bhubaneswar has arrived in Rourkela to assess the situation.

However it is worth mentioning here that, the exact reason behind the outbreak is yet to be ascertained. Further details awaited in this matter.
