Covid-19 Twin City Update: Bhubaneswar reports 6 positive cases while Cuttack city reports zero cases

Bhubaneswar: Twin city of Odisha has recorded 6 positive cases today. As on March 27, 2022 Bhubaneswar has registered 6 Covid-19 cases while Cuttack city (CMC area) has recorded no covid positive case.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), 6 positive cases registered today were local contact cases.

With today’s development the total Covid-19 positive cases have increased to 1,56,466. The recovered cases are 1,55,080. The total deceased cases are 1191. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 174. The recovered cases in BMC are 12.

The total cases in CMC are 56,028 while the total recovered cases are 55,573. Total Active cases are 26 while total deaths are 429.

Odisha reported 48 Covid cases including 16 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Saturday. The positive tally stands at 12,87,469.

Reportedly, among the 48 positives, 29 patients are in quarantine, and 19 are the local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 419.
