Triple murder: Man shot parents, brother dead in Jalandhar
Three members of a family were tragically gunned down by one of their own in Jalandhar’s Tower Enclave Phase 3 on Thursday.
Punjab: In a horrifying incident, three members of a family were tragically gunned down by one of their own in Jalandhar’s Tower Enclave Phase 3 on Thursday evening.
The victims have been identified as Jagdeep Singh, his wife Amritpal Kaur, and their son Gagandeep Singh.
The man, said to be the son of the deceased, has been taken into custody after he allegedly stot his father, mother, and brother fleeing from the scene.
When the police received information about the crime, they quickly reached the scene and saw the white walls stained with blood.
The initial reports suggest a property dispute may have triggered the brutal act, but the police have yet to confirm the exact cause.
The Station House Officer (SHO), Aman Saini of the Lambra police station, stated, “The trio has been killed by the second son of the family. The deceased have been identified as the murderer’s parents and brother. The cause of the murder has not been ascertained yet, as the investigation has just started.”
