Kanpur: In a tragic incident of road accident in Uttar Pradesh‘s Kanpur, at least six people lost their lives. The accident took place near Jagannathpur village in Kanpur, under the limits of Sikandra Police station, reliable reports confirmed.
Reports from reliable sources state that the car, a Swift Dzire, was returning from a wedding ceremony when it went out of control. Reportedly, the car overturned and fell into a nearby drain, causing the accident.
A total of eight people, including two children, were seated inside the car. It is noteworthy mentioning that the two kids were saved.
The deceased in the Kanpur road accident have been identified as residents of Derapur and Shivrajpur. Further details into the matter are awaited.
