Nothing, the brand led by Carl Pei, is all set to launch its first smartphone ‘Phone 1’ globally on July 12. Now, the pre-booking details of the smartphone have leaked online one month before its official debut.
The leaked report has suggested that the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 will be available for pre-booking on Flipkart. Users can pre-book it by paying a token amount of Rs 2,000. The handset is expected to be offered in multiple storage options.
The company has already confirmed that Nothing Phone 1 will run on Nothing OS based on Android and will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoC.
Nothing Phone 1 leaks
The leak on pre-booking details of Nothing Phone 1 was made by known tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) on Twitter. The tipster shared a screenshots of the pre-book which suggests that the phone would have multiple RAM and storage variants. Users could be able to pre-book the device on Flipkart by paying Rs 2,000 as a token. The coupon money could be applied automatically at the time of checkout on July 12. The phone will be available for sale from July 18, the tipster has also added.
However, the company has not confirmed these pre-booking details yet.
Nothing had scheduled the launch of Nothing Phone 1 on July 12 in London through a virtual event called ‘Return to Instinct’. The company has also confirmed that it will go on sale in India via Flipkart.
Nothing Phone 1 Specifications (Expected)
The Nothing Phone 1 is confirmed to run on Nothing OS based on Android and will be have a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoC under the hood. As per a recent leak report, the device may have 45W fast charging support. Previous reports have also revealed that the phone will sport a 6.55-inch OLED display and feature a transparent design like the Nothing Ear 1 TWS earbuds.
The smartphone is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. It could also sport a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. It is expected to offer up to 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Nothing Phone 1 may pack a 4,500mAh battery with support for wireless charging.
