The short clip shared by on Instagram by a page named ‘Punjabi Industry,’ shows a boy recording a video of his grandmother lifting a barbell on the terrace. As the video goes further, it is known that the boy has casually given his grandmother a fitness challenge.
The 80-year-old lady however, took the challenge way to seriously as she completes the challenge surprising everyone with her strength.
