Specially-abled Nagpur man sells samosas to pursue study for IAS

A video of a specially-abled man from Nagpur, who sells samosas to fulfill his dream of becoming an IAS officer, has gone viral on social media.

This video of a specially-abled man from Nagpur, who sells samosas to fulfill his dream of becoming an IAS officer, has gone viral on social media.

A man named Suraj from Nagpur was recently featured in a video posted by food blogger Gaurav Wasan, and his inspirational story has become quite popular online. In the clip, Suraj can be seen selling samosas for Rs 15 per plate on his wheelchair. While speaking to the blogger, Suraj revealed that he had completed his B.Sc. from Nagpur University but was unable to get a good job. So he decided to sell samosas to earn some money and fulfil his dream of becoming an IAS officer. Between the hours of 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., Suraj sells samosas.

“IAS ki padhai ke lie bechte hain samosa (He sells samosas for IAS education). Let’s help him,” reads the clip’s caption.
