Western Disturbance: Odisha to witness rain from Feb 9

Bhubaneswar: Odisha will witness a change in the weather due to the western disturbance as the state will witness heavy rainfall from February 9, informed the regional Meteorological centre.

Reportedly, the state will also experience dense fog for two days from today.

The winter chill has been again experienced in the State after light to moderate rainfall activity over western districts.

The weather department has also informed that the weather will remain dry for the next two days. The night temperature has been expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius after 24 hours, added MeT Bhubaneswar.

The cold wave condition will continue to prevail over Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, and Keonjhar districts today. Dense fog is also expected in some parts of coastal Odisha from tomorrow.
