Jajpur: A cricket fan from Odisha killed himself after India’s disappointing defeat in the World Cup final, said reliable reports from Jajpur.
Reports said that, the incident has been reported from Kulasahi village in Jari Panchayat under Bingharpur Police Station limits in Jajpur district of Odisha.
According to reliable reports a cricket fan from Odisha killed self, he has been identified as Dev Ranjan Das, the son of Nilamani Das committed suicide. His body was found hanging from the neighbour’s terrace.
His relatives were in a state of shock, said reports. The police reached the spot and recovered the body ad sent it for postmortem to the Jajpur District Headquarter Hospital (DHH).
It is further worth mentioning that the youth was an ardent cricket lover and was mentally unsound. The police is further investigating into the matter. Detailed reports awaited in this regard.
