Koraput: In a tragic incident, a tourist slipped off the Rathibali waterfall in Odisha and died, said reliable reports on Saturday. The Pottangi Rathibali waterfall is situated at the foothills of Deomali and it is 55 km distance from Koraput district in Odisha.
The deceased youth has been identified as Sheik Azad Mohammad. He was a resident of Jagatpur area in Cuttack district of Odisha. The youth fell off 200 meters and his head hit a stone and he died on the spot.
The fire personnel rescued him and admitted him to the Pottangi Hospital but the doctors declared him brought dead.
