Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, an SOG havildar in Bhubaneswar maintained a physical relationship with a lecturer for eight years and duped her.
According to reliable reports, the lecturer was duped into maintaining a physical relationship with a Special Operations Group (SOG) havildar on the false promise of marriage. It has also been alleged that the havildar forced the lecturer to abort her pregnancy several times.
The woman lecturer allegedly filed a complaint in this regard and the SOG havildar who was a part of the camp unit in Chandaka has been detained by the police. The SOG havildar has been identified as Prem Sagar Bara.
Sagar maintained a relationship with the teacher since the past eight years and had sex with her on regular occasions with the false promise of marrying her. Further reports say that, both of them had been living in the Rental Colony in Bhubaneswar since eight long years.
Further it is worth mentioning that when the lecturer asked him to0 marry her, Prem started abusing her physically, beat her up and even threatened to kill her.
The lecturer filed a complaint in this regard to the Mahila police station in Bhubaneswar. The police station officers then arrested the havildar and questioned him in this regard.
Furthermore, it has been alleged that Prem had a number of relationships with a number of other women in Bhubaneswar. An investigation is underway in this regard. Detailed reports awaited in this matter.
