Shootout in Cuttack of Odisha: 3 arrested, bike and gun seized
The Commissionerate police have arrested three more people in connection with the shootout in Cuttack on Tuesday.
Cuttack: The Commissionerate police have arrested three more people in connection with the shootout in Cuttack in which a youth in Subhadrapur area of Cuttack Sadar on August 8.
The special team of Commissionerate police on August 13 had arrested three accused from outside the state who were involved in the incident.
According to the sources, the youth, Chintamani Sahu, had come out of his house in Subhadrapur of the city Sadar police limits on some work.
The two miscreants came on a motorcycle and fired at him. Chintamani fell down and started bleeding from the bullet injury. Before he could be taken to hospital, he succumbed.
The family members of Chintamani had filed a complaint at the police station against two named Jagan and Sambhua.
The accused have been arrested, bikes and gun used in the incident have been seized.
