Odisha: Chief Secretary Directs Departments To Finalise 5T Charter By September 15

Bhubaneswar: In a bid to boost the 5T (Team, Technology, Transparency, Time and Transformation) mission, the Odisha government has set a deadline of August 15 next year for delivering all public services either through online or Common Service Centres.   

Chief Secretary, Asit Tripathy has directed concerned departments to finalise their 5T charter by September 15. Tripathy has also asked all the concerned departments to fine-tune their process and procedure to affect 20% weightage for performances in the achievement of 5T in the annual appraisal of officials.

Earlier on August 15, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had launched the Online Land Revenue Payment System to facilitate online payment of land revenue which was the first initiative under the 5T mantra of Patnaik.

    Govt. allowed daily labour engaged in construction work and the carpenter resume work. Hardware store are not allowed to open, then how do they work without instruments ?
    Study say development of immunity is essential for defeating the corona virus. Then not allowing people even to resume morning walk , is it a prudent step ?
    No breathing time was allowed to move to safe place before enforcing lockdown, it is not being done now, then is it prudent to force people’s to stay in one places in unhygienic atmosphere ?
    Govt. Should think about the above problems immediately.
