Odia BSF jawan dies in Tripura under mysterious circumstances
A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan from Odisha was found dead near the Lankamura Iron bridge in Agartala of Tripura under mysterious circumstances.
Kalahandi: A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan from Odisha was found dead near the Lankamura Iron bridge in Agartala of Tripura under mysterious circumstances.
The deceased jawan has been identified as Ishwar Chandra Dora, a native of Belakhandi village under Kesinga police station limits in Kalahandi district of Odisha,
Dora, who was a member of the 42nd battalion of the BSF, left the Lankamura Border Outpost (BOP) for duty last night. However, his body was spotted near the Lankamura Iron bridge this morning. However, under what circumstances he died there is yet to be known.
The concerned BSF officials informed Dora’s family members about his death and are making arrangement to send the body to the native village, where his last rites are expected to be performed, said sources.
Meanwhile, a pall of gloom descended on his native village following the unfortunate and untimely death.
