The auction of property of Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building) office in Bhubaneswar has been stopped, said latest reports. 

Bhubaneswar: The auction of property of Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building) office in Bhubaneswar has been stopped, said latest reports. It is worth mentioning that the Government has agreed to pay the outstanding dues.

According to available reports, the auction had been effected as per orders of the Bhubaneswar Senior Division Sub-Judge. It is worth mentioning that the auction of the property of Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building) office in Bhubaneswar has taken place over the contractor’s pending bills of Rs. 18 lakh.

The auction was being done in the presence of the court employees. The Judge gave the decision following a suit filed by a contractor of a company named Construction India. The contractor has been identified as Dinesh Pathak.

Further it is worth mentioning that, the Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer had asked for time from the Court on April 29. The suit had been filed in the year 1998 following the construction of the ‘Natala building’ in Bhubaneswar.

The Bhubaneswar Senior Division Sub-Judge gave this decision following the inaction on part of the Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building), said reliable reports in this regard.
