Angul: The body of a man was found along railway tracks near Kumunda village on Sambalpur-Angul railway line this morning.
The identity of the man, aged around 50 years, is yet to be ascertained.
While the exact reason behind his death is not known, it is being speculated that he might have died after falling off a moving train as his body bore severe injuries.
A few locals spotted the body this morning and informed the police, who reached the spot and initiated a probe into the incident.
Meanwhile, the body has been sent for autopsy.
