Jawan-Maoist crossfire in Boudh of Odisha continues, detailed report here

Boudh: The Jawan-Maoist crossfire in Boudh district of Odisha continued even on Friday, said reports. Yesterday two maoists had been killed. 

According to reports, in the forest near Boudh under Kantamal police station limits, there was an exchange of fire with the security personnel of the Maoists.

The search operation is still underway after the two maoists were killed. The search operation continued it is further worth mentioning that some more maoists have been hit with bullets. In some time, the body of the dead maoists shall arrive at Boudh the police headquarters said latest updates in this regard.

It is worth mentioning here that Odisha police has had a major success in which two Maoists have been killed in Boudh district, said reports on Thursday.

According to reports, the two maoists were killed in Boudh in the exchange of fire between maoists and security personnel. There has been a major seizure of guns, other weapons and mao frelated items.

The exchange of fire took place in Padhel protected forest under Kantamal police station of Boudh district. The operation is still underway. The Intelligence director Saumendra Priyadarshi informed that grenades and other modern weapons have been found and seized.

The death toll may rise he further added. More than 20 KKBN militants had set up a temporary camp and were planning a large-scale strike, said reports in this regard.
