Goods train catches fire in Odisha’s Bolangir district

A coal-laden goods train caught fire in Bolangir district of Odisha, said reliable reports on Tuesday. The train was going to Visakhapatnam.

Reports say that the goods train was crossing Turekela station when smoke was seen in one of the bogies, following which the train was stopped.

It is worth mentioning here that, the firefighters were called to douse the fire. However the exact reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.

A fire in the coaching depot in Puri station has been witnessed last Tuesday that is on November 14.  According to reliable reports, one of the coaches that had been kept for repair in the depot caught fire. The coach had been kept in the repair line.
