Ganjam: In a shocking incident, two people have been bludgeoned to death in Ganjam district of Odisha on Sunday.
The murder took place near Chasanimkhandi in Digapahandi block of Ganjam district.
The deceased have been identified as Sudarshan Suar and Sudhir Kumar Patra belonging to Paljhadi village.
The two were returning to Bhishmagiri Patu village yesterday when some miscreants attacked and killed them down near Saura hill.
Shortly afterwards, some passersby spotted them and rushed them to the Digapahandi Hospital.
Both however died while undergoing treatment. Police are investigating into the matter.
