Kannada film ‘K.G.F: Chapter 1’ Friday today to make a collection of nearly Rs 25 crore worldwide on its first day of release. Directed by Prashanth Neel the film is an action based period drama. The film’s trailer had created huge anticipation among moviegoers.
KGF was released along with Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero and Dhanush’s Maari 2. However, still it has emerged as the top choice among the moviegoers in Karnataka. The film has earned around Rs 5 crore in Bangalore alone, reports India Today.
Actors Achyuth Kumar, Anant Nag, Srinidhi Shetty, Malavika Avinash, and Vasishta N Simha has shared screen space with the protagonist, played by Yash in KGF -1.
