Tata Motors price hike: Commercial vehicles to be costlier by 3 percent from January 2024

Tata Motors has announced that it will hike the prices of its entire range of commercial vehicles by 3 per cent.

Tata Motors, one of India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers, has announced a three percent price hike for its entire range of commercial vehicles. The price increase will be in effect from January 2024. With the Tata Motors Price hike, the commercial vehicles of Tata Motors will be costlier by 3 percent starting January 2024.

According to the company, the price increase has been implemented to offset the residual impact of the past input costs. So, if you are planning to buy a Tata Motor commercial vehicle in 2024, then you should buy it now to avoid paying more for the same product next year.

Meanwhile, the Indian automobile maker is reportedly gearing up to launch the Tata Punch EV in India in early 2024. Moreover, the EV was also seen testing on Indian roads in multiple locations, which solidifies the rumours about its early launch in 2024. Price expectations of the EV is around  Rs. 9.50 Lakh – Rs. 12.50 Lakh. The EV is likely to be offered in four variants.

Apart from the Punch EV, Tata Motors will likely also launch the Harrier EV, which was showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo.

Apart from Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Honda, and Audi have also announced price increases for select models from January 2024.

Mahindra and Mahindra have announced that the price of some select products will be increased from January 2024. However, the company has not revealed the exact percentage of price hikes yet.
