KTM reveals the price of the 2022 KTM RC 390 in India, Know the details here

KTM is all set to launch its latest motorcycle KTM RC 390 in India very soon. Ahead of its launch, KTM has revealed the prices of its motorcycle in India. According to the KTM India website, the 2022 KTM RC 390 will be dearer than the older variant. The sports bike also gets some internal upgrades that make it different than the outgoing variant of RC 390. The 2022 RC 390 also gets some cosmetic changes, which give it a different look than the older models.

The engine of the KTM RC 390 is a 373cc single-cylinder unit that produces a power of 43.5hp at 9000rpm. The torque of the sports bike is 37Nm at 7000rpm. However, the airbox gets bigger than the outgoing model. The engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox that gets a slipper clutch and a bi-directional quick shifter.  The bi-directional quickshifter was earlier available in 390 Duke and Adventure.

The cosmetic upgrade on the KTM RC 390 includes new split seats and alloy wheels. KTM had already rolled the upgrade on the lower variants of the RC series. The RC 125 and RC 200 which are under sale have new split seats and alloy wheels. The new RC 390 gets adjustment suspension too. Some of the other important features include LED headlight, TFT instrument cluster that is equipped with Bluetooth. Even though the above-mentioned features were present in the KTM Duke 390, it was yet to be introduced the RC 390. Other important features that were added in the motorcycle were traction control, cornering ABS, and a larger 13.7-litre fuel tank.

The 2022 KTM RC 390 is available in two colour variants which include KTM Factory Racing Blue and KTM Electronic Orange. The new RC 390 will cost Rs 3.14 lakh in India (ex-showroom). The outgoing model of the RC 390 costs Rs 36,000 less than the 2022 model. The price hike of the RC 390 seems reasonable as the company (KTM) has added a lot of new features to it along with updates in design.

KTM has recently introduced the updated 390 Adventure in India. The new KTM 390 Adventure has been launched in India along with some important updates that will enhance the riding capabilities of the bike.
