Bajaj Pulsar N125 spied in India while testing, Will it be a Raider rival

Bajaj is planning to upgrade its 125cc segment in India and the manufacturer is preparing to launch another variant of 125cc motorcycle. The new Bajaj Pulsar 125cc that is seen while testing in India is expected to be of Pulsar N series and its design elements speak about that, initially reported ackodrive. Well, if Bajaj manages to price the motorcycle property, it will rival the likes of TVS Raider 125.

The spy shots of the upcoming N125 reveal that the design of the upcoming motorcycle is quite similar to that of the Bajaj Pulsar N150. The upcoming motorcycle offers a muscular tank, LED DRLs along with halogen indicators. The motorcycle also offers multi-reflector LED headlamp instead of a projector setup that is seen in the N150, N160 as well as N250 that is sold in India. The spy shots have also revealed that the Bajaj Pulsar N125 gets underbelly exhaust as well as split seat setup. The split seat set-up adds a sporty touch to the motorcycle. On the other hand, the motorcycle gets a single-piece grab rail which is quite common in the 125cc segment motorcycle. The handlebar on the motorcycle is wide and the foot pegs are rear-set.

In terms of features, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 will offer a fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity which also includes turn by turn navigation system. In terms of suspension, the N125 gets a telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear. The spy pictures have revealed that Bajaj Pulsar N125 offers 17-inch alloy wheels just like the Pulsar N150.

The expected launch of the motorcycle will be around the festive season this year. It will cost around Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom) as it launches in the country. The Pulsar N125 is targeted at the young buyers in India who have a budget of around Rs 1 lakh. The 125cc segment is dominated by motorcycles like the TVS Raider 125, Hero Xtreme 125R and Honda SP 125.
