Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro: Expected launch date, price in India, specs

Vivo launched the X90 series in the Chinese market in November 2022. Now, a report has suggested that the company is planning to debut the phone in India by April end this year. The Vivo X90 series includes Vivo X90 and the Vivo X90 Pro model. The company also included a  Vivo X90 Pro+ in the lineup in China. But, there is no information on whether it make to the Indian market or not.

Though the company has not confirmed anything about the launch date and specifications of the phones, a popular tipster Yogesh Brar has leaked the launch date and expected price of the smartphones ahead of any official announcements.

Currently, the Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro are already available in the global markets. Both the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro feature a 6.78-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen along with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC.

Expected Price in India

According to a leak report by Pricebaba in collaboration with tipster Yogesh Brar, the Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro will likely be launched in India on April 26. The tipster has also revealed that the Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro might have a price tag between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 80,000 in the country.

Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro Specifications

Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro smartphones come with a 6.78-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a resolution of 1,260x 2,800 pixels. They run on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 and carry a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC under the hood. The smartphones also have Vivo’s custom V2 chip for image processing.

Both device sports triple rear cameras. Vivo X90 features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX866 primary sensor, along with a 12-megapixel portrait camera, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Whereas, the Vivo X90 Pro’s camera comprises a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel 50mm IMX758 sensor, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. At the front. it has a 32-megapixel selfie sensor.

Additionally, the Vivo X90 is equipped with a 4,810mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The X90 Pro packs a 4,870mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
