Jio Phone 5G spotted on Geekbench, to offer Snapdragon 480+ processor and Android 12 OS

Jio Phone 5G has appeared on Geekbench and we are wondering about the launch dates of the smartphone. Reliance Jio has partnered with Google in order to make the smartphone. The smartphone has appeared on Geekbench benchmarking platform with model number Jio LS1654QB5. The latest smartphone has been spotted by MySmartPrice.

The Jio Phone 5G has managed to score 549 points in the single-core round while in the multi-core segment it scores 1661 points.

Key Specifications

According to the listing, Jio Phone 5G will be powered by 4GB RAM. However, the smartphone might have several other variants alongside it. The motherboard section mentioned ‘Holi’ which might mean that the smartphone will get Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC. In terms of price, the smartphone will be priced less than RS 12,000 and will be paired with Adreno 619 GPU.

The other specifications of the device have been already revealed. The phone packs a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display that offers a refresh rate of 90Hz.  The device is powered by 5000mAh and gets fast charging support of 18W. The device is expected to have at least 32GB storage along with 4GB RAM.

When it comes to camera of the device, the Jio Phone 5G gets 8MP front camera along with dual camera setup at the rear. The rear camera include 13MP primary sensor along with 2MP macro lens. Key connectivity features of the smartphone include Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802 and much more. The smartphone offers Android 12 based PragatiOS custom skin out of the box.
