Honor Pad X9 with an 11-inch display, Six Speakers launched; Price starts around Rs 18,986

Honor has launched a new tablet called the Honor Pad X9 in China at a starting price of £179.99 (around Rs 18,986).

Honor has launched a new tablet called the Honor Pad X9 as the successor to the older Pad X8. The Honor Pad X9 features a large 11-inch display, a massive 7250mAh battery, and a six-speaker audio system. Honor launched the Pad X8 Pro in China.

Meanwhile, the Honor 90 has been launched in Europe and is gearing up to launch its latest foldable in China on July 12 alongside several other products. Check the price and specifications details.

Honor Pad X9 Specifications

Honor Pad X9 has a similar design to the Pad X8 Pro launched in China yesterday. The device has even bezels on the front. The Pad X9 features a 11.5-inch FullView Display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 86%. The portable tablet has a thickness of only 6.9mm and weighs 495g.

Under the hood, the tablet is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Honor Pad X9 features six speakers, which deliver 360° sounds. The tablet is backed by a 7250mAh battery with support for 22.5W charging. The tablet runs the latest Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1 with smart features like HONOR Connect.

Although Honor didn’t confirm the camera specs, the tablet is said to have a 5MP shooter on the back and another 5MP selfies sensor at front.

Pricing and Availability

The Honor Pad X9 is now available in Space Grey in the UK. The device is priced at £179.99. You can purchase it from HiHonor from July 10th. Honor is also offering a complimentary pair of Honor Earbuds X5 with the device. The tablet will be go on sale through Argos, Amazon, Very, and Currys from July 19th.
