Kandhamal: In a shocking incident, a drunken young man has allegedly burnt down his own house in Kandhamal district of Odisha on Sunday night, said reports.

However, it is still not clear in which district this incident took place. But this incident happened in Sahajkhal village of Kandhamal district.
After setting the house on fire, the drunken youth was seen dancing happily. On receiving the information, the fire department reached and extinguished the fire, said reports.
The video of a drunken man setting a house on fire and dancing is now going viral. It is not clear whether it happened in Ganjam district or Kandhamal district. But it is rumored that this incident happened in Sahajkhal village of Kandhamal district.
It is worth mentioning that the drunk man set alight his own three-room house in Sahajkhal village under Raikia police station of Kandhamal district. The Bhanjnagar fire department of Ganjam district reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
The Bhanjnagar fire department officer Samir Vishwal however has said that the fire was caused due to an electric short circuit.
Furthermore, the drunken person has denied the incident of setting the fire to the house before the Bhanjnagar Fire Officer. However, while this incident has gone viral in various media and social media, it is not clear whether it is in Ganjam or Kandhamal district.
