Bhubaneswar: Heavy rain likely to lash Odisha in the next 24 hours. A total of 16 districts of the State to receive heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours, this was informed by the local centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
According to the weatherman, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Khurda, Puri, Koraput, Malkangiri, Balasore, Kandhamal, Jajpur, Mayurbhanj and Sundergarh are the districts which are expected to witness heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, a yellow warning has been issued by the IMD saying that heavy to very heavy rainfall likely to occur between July 22 and July 27.
