Watch: Man catches giant king cobra with his bare hands, wows Internet with his skills

A volunteer worker in Thailand surprised the Internet with his bravery after a short clip of him went viral. In the video, he can be seen catching a giant king-cobra with his bare hands.

Reportedly, the incident took place in the southern Thai province of Krabi. The locals reported about it after the snake slithered into a palm plantation. It even tried to hide in a septic tank.

The giant snake measured 4.5 meters and weighed 10 kilograms. It took Sutee Naewhaad, the 40-year-old volunteer, 20 minutes to finally catch the snake and put it into a bag. At one point, Sutee almost got attacked by the snake. However, the worker managed to grab the reptile by its neck, and that too with his bare hands and without any safety gear.

The video of the incident was shared on Facebook and has garnered more than 19k views so far.

As per reports, Sutee said that the king cobra might have been looking for his mate as another cobra was recently killed by the locals. He also informed that his skills came from training and added that no one should attempt to catch a snake without a professional.
