Youth dies after train runs over him while making reel in Odisha’s Balasore district

Balasore: A youth died after train ran over him while he was making social media reel in Odisha’s Balasore district. The incident occurred near Sabira railway station of the district.

According to sources, the youth has been identified as Akshay Patra, a resident of Banitia village under Bhadrak district.

As per sources, Akshay along with his friends were making social media reel on the ailway track near Sabira railway station on Monday afternoon. During this time, the Neelachal Express coming from behind on the same track ran over Akshay killing him on the spot.

Following the incident, Akshay’s friends fled from the spot. After receiving information about the incident, Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel reached the spot and seized the body. The body has been sent for autopsy, while, the cops has initiated a probe into the matter.

Earlier last month, two girls slipped into a waterfall while shooting reels in Malkangiri district of Odisha. As per reports, two drivers identified as Jitu Gauda and Deepak Gauda allegedly heard the screams of the girls. And without bothering about their own safety they jumped into the waterfall to save the two girls. And immediately rescued them from the jaws of death.
