Cuttack: In a shocking incident, there have been allegations of sexual harassment of a nurse in a private nursing in Cuttack city of Odisha, said reports on Sunday.
There have been allegation of sexual misconduct against a staff nurse. The house owner has been arrested in this incident. Reports say that, the Malgodown police station had arrested Bibhuthi Sahu on charges of misdemeanor and has taken him to court.
Reports say that, the incident took place at a private nursing home on Jobra Canal Road area in Cuttack city in Odisha.
There have written Complaints of the victim that she allegedly had sexual intercourse for two years despite her reluctance. The accused later threatened the nurse not to reveal the incident to anyone.
The police have registered a case under Sections 376(1), 506 and 34 of the IPC. The statement of the victim has also been recorded under Section 164. Further detailed reports awaited iun this regard.
