The Padma Shree awardee has made a sand art with “Mera Desh Mahan” and “Happy Republic Day’ written on it.
The nation is celebrating the festival of Democracy and Indian Constitution today. Meanwhile, Odisha Governor Raghubar Das hoisted the national flag in Bhubaneswar today.
Following the flag hoisting ceremony, Republic Day parade is being commenced at the Mahatma Gandhi Marg. The parade has been led by A.B Shilpa. Apart from Odisha police, ITPB, CRPF, Fire department personnel, ODRAF, Odisha Homeguard, RPF, SSB, OSP, OISF, APR, Traffic, Civil Defense, Sainik School police band and students of various educational institution took part in the parade.
