Odisha vigilance raid on Deputy Superintendent of Excise cum I/C Superintendent of Excise

Nabarangapur: An Odisha vigilance raid was conducted on Deputy Superintendent of Excise cum I/C Superintendent of Excise in Nabarangpur on Friday. The raid has been conducted on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets.

The officer has been identified as Gonga Paikray, Deputy Superintendent of Excise-cum-I/C Superintendent of Excise, Nabarangpur in Odisha.

Further it is worth mentioning that, simultaneous searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by three DSPs, five Inspectors, six ASIs and other staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore at the following 6 places in Koraput and Nabarangpur districts:

1. Triple storeyed residential building of Sri Gonga Paikray located near Fire Station, Jeypore.
2. Triple storeyed residential building of Sri Gonga Paikray located at New Street 1st Lane, Jeypore.
3. Land with foundation of building of Sri Gonga Paikray located near Prakash Vidyalay infront of Glocal Hospital, Jeypore.
4. Asbestos parking shed of Sri Gonga Paikray located at Hanaguda, Jeypore.
5. Office Chamber of Sri Gonga Paikray located at Nabarangpur.
6. Residential Rented house of Sri Gonga Paikray located at Sadasiba Marg, Chanuria Guda, Nabarangpur.
