Odisha: IIC of Bargarh under vigilance scanner, raid underway
Simultaneous house searches are being conducted by the Odisha Vigilance today on the IIC who has been identified as Birabara Bhagat.
Bargarh: Today on the allegation of acquisition of disproportionate assets by an IIC of Gaisilet police station in Bargarh of Odisha is under vigilance scanner.
It is worth mentioning that, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by the Odisha Vigilance today, said reports. The IIC has been identified as Birabara Bhagat.
Reports say that, two DSPs, seven Inspectors, two ASIs and other staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur are conducting the raid.
The raids are underway at the following four places in Sambalpur and Bargarh districts:
(1) Residential building located at Anuguliapada, under Ainthapali police station limits in Sambalpur district.
(2) Government Quarters of Bhagat located at Gaisilet in Bargarh district.
(3) Office chamber of Bhagat located under Gaisilet police satin limits in Bargarh district.
(4) Farm house of Bhagat located at Kabrapali village, under Sadar police limits in Sambalpur district.
