Naveen Patnaik forms BJD’s 7-member IT cell

Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik formed the Information Technology (IT) wing of the state ruling party on Friday.

Patnaik appointed former Accountant General (AG) Amar Patnaik as the chairman of the IT cell.

Amresh Pati, Ranapratap Patra, Sasmit Patra, Shreemayee Mishra, Solochana Das and Prasenjeet Pati are the other six members of the IT wing, which will coordinate all IT related activities of the conch party across the state.

The BJD supremo had given Amar Patnaik the charge of BJD’s IT Cell after the latter joined the party on August 29 this year.
