Cuttack: OAS Narahari Sethy replaces OAS Bhabani Shankar Chayani as Collector and DM Cuttack said reports on Thursday.
The letter read as follows, “Dr. Bhabani Shankar Chayani, OAS(SS), Collector and District Magistrate, Cuttack is transferred and posted as Director Higher Education vice Narahari Sethy, OAS (SAG) transferred.”
The letter further read, “Narahari Sethy, OAS(SAG), Director, Higher Education is transferred and posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Cuttack vice Dr Bhabani Shankar Chayani, OAS(SS) transferred.”
Further it is worth noting that the letter mentioned, “ln exercise of the powers conferred under section 20(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act ll of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint Narahari Sethy, OAS(SAG) as the District Magistrate in the district of Cuttack.
