Khurda: A minor girl raped and murdered on late Thursday at Mundia Sahi, Gopabandhu Nagar in Jatni, Khurdha district. Irate locals beat the youth black and blue.
The local police rushed the accused to SCB Medical College and Hospital in a critical condition. They have begun an investigation.
The locals alleged that the local police beat up the victim’s father. They burnt tyres to stage a road blockade and protested.
