Minor drowns in Jajpur town of Odisha, search underway

Jajpur Town: In a tragic incident, a minor drowned in Jajpur town of Odisha said reliable reports in this regard on Tuesday. A search operation is underway in this regard.

According to reliable reports, the incident took place near Matabada police station limits and the minor met his watery grave. It is worth mentioning that, three friends had gone to bathe in the river and had drowned.

Reportedly, two of the minors were rescued while one of them went missing. Later however the body of the minor was recovered by the local villagers.

Further detailed reports in this regard awaited. The police has reached the spot and is investigating into the matter.
