Bhubaneswar: Amid the sudden rise in Covid cases in India’s capital, the Health Services Director of Odisha Bijay Mohapatra has informed that the mask-wearing restriction has not been lifted in the State.

“Everybody across the state is still asked to wear masks, especially in crowded areas,” he added.

A decision will be taken based on the situation on the severity. “WHO has said that there is no severity in Covid situation and the current trend cannot be termed as Covid-19 4th wave,” said Health Services Director.
