Bhubaneswar: Mystery shrouded the death of a youth who was found hanging in his room in Sisupalgarh area under Dhauli police limits on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar today.
The deceased has been identified as Atulya Kumar Parida (24).
Atulya who was pursuing his hotel management degree at a college in the city and was staying at a relative’s house in Raghunath Nagar in Sisupalgarh went to sleep after dinner last night. His body was spotted hanging to the ceiling of his room this morning.
Police rushed to the spot after getting intimation and send the body for autopsy.
While the incident is being seen as a case of suicide, the deceased’s family has alleged it to be a case of murder.
