Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway (ECoR) has conducted a two-day Eco-Tour programme where 30 women employees visited Taratarini, Gopalpur, Taptapani and Buddhist Monastery – Zeerang at Chandragiri under the aegis of Central Staff Benefit Fund.
Principal Chief Personnel Officer of ECoR, P. C. Nayak inaugurated the tour programme at Rail Sadan in Bhubaneswar.
The Eco-Tour programme has been conducted with an aim to avoid use fuelwood and use of alternative fuel, discourage campfires and encourage camp fun and also avoid littering plastic in wildlife habitat areas.
