Balasore train accident: CBI takes signal JE to his rented house & begin interrogation

The officials of CBI took signal JE to his rented house at Soro and begin interrogation in connection to deadly Balasore train accident. 

Balasore: The officials of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took signal JE to his rented house at Soro and begin interrogation in connection to deadly Balasore train accident.

Earlier, CBI sealed the rented house of the signal JE, who has been identified as Amir Khan.

However, the CBI team had questioned him at an undisclosed location. The CBI team had left Balasore on June 16 after conducting on spot investigating. But, it returned again today and sealed Khan’s rented house.

It is to be noted here that 292 people were killed while over 1,100 others were injured following a triple train mishap at Bahanaga railway station in Odisha’s Balasore district on June 2. The three trains which were involved in the accident are the 12864 Bengaluru-Howrah Superfast Express, 12841 Shalimar-Chennai Coromandel Express, and a goods train
