Actor-turned-MP Anubhav Mohanty has filed a petition at the Orissa High Court, challenging the verdict given by Cuttack Family court.
Cuttack: As per the latest development in marital discord of Odia cine star couple Anubhav Mohanty and Varsha Priyadarshini, Anubhav Mohanty has filed a petition at the Orissa High Court, challenging the verdict given by Cuttack Family court.
Earlier of September 22, the Cuttack Family Court had rejected Mohanty’s plea for divorce. While rejecting Mohanty’s divorce plea, the court had also rejected Priyadarshini’s plea to stay together saying that the couple cannot be brought together again due to several disputes between them.
Anubhav Mohanty has filed this petition at the Orrisa High court with the help of his lawyer Lalitendu Mishra.
Post rejection from the Cuttack family court, the actor-turned-MP Anubhav Mohanty posted a video on his official Youtube channel, urging his estranged wife Barsha Priyadarshini to give him a divorce.
It is worth mentioning that in the video, the actor was seen crying and appealing to Barsha to put an end to the suffering that his entire family was going through because of their marital discord.
Further, Anubhav Mohanty also mentions about the deteriorating health of his father and how his entire family was spending sleepless nights.
At the end of the video Anubhav yet again appealed to Varsha to end the relationship in a respectable manner and to provide a much needed relief and peace to him and his family.
