According to reports, as many as three youths have drowned while catching fish in canal in Bolangir of Odisha.
According to latest reports, one of the youths have died and the rest two ae still missing. The fire department has reached the spot and is searching for the drowned youths.
It is worth mentioning that earlier today, a young woman jumped off the second bridge on the Mahanadi river and went missing on Thursday, said reports.
Reports said that, a young woman has been accused of trying to commit suicide by jumping from the bridge in Sambalpur district of Odisha.
According to the latest reports, today at around 11:30 am a woman suddenly left her scooter on the Chanborpur bridge and jumped into the river.
There is no clear information about why she jumped into the river. However, on hearing the news of a person jumping into the river, the locals immediately informed the fire brigade department and the police.
Latest reports say that, the search operation by the ODRAF has started immediately. So far no trace of the woman has been found, said reports. As her identity has not found, the police are searching for further details other than the scooter and sandals that she left on the spot from which she jumped off the bridge.
