Ganjam: Three people died after a passenger bus and pick-up van had a head-on collision in Odisha’s Ganjam district. The incident occurred at National Highway number 59 near Khadabhaga under Aska police limits of the district.
According to sources, the bus and van were coming from opposite directions when they collided head-on. The incident claimed three lives, while the identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained.
After receiving information about the incident, fire service personnel and police reached the spot, rescued the victim, seized the bodies and sent them for autopsy. The cops have also initiated a probe into the matter.
