Hero MotoCorp is working on new Hero XPulse 210, which was spotted testing with a 210cc liquid-cooled engine, first seen in Karizma XMR.

Hero MotoCorp is reportedly producing a next-generation XPulse bike for the Indian market. The upcoming bike is said to be the new Hero XPulse 210, which might be launched in the country next year. Ahead of any official confirmation about the bike, the new Hero XPulse 210 test mule was spotted testing in a fully camouflaged state in North India.

The spy shots of the bike prototype shows the new XPulse with a new 210cc liquid-cooled engine, which also powers the Karizma XMR.

This 210cc liquid-cooled engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. It produces 25bhp of peak power and a maximum torque of 20.4Nm at 7,250rpm.

The new Hero XPulse 210 spotted testing seems to have almost identical looks as the current model. But, as it is still a prototype, the final product might be greatly differ from it. The company is expected to make major styling changes in the production version of the bike.

However, the internal parts could be borrowed from the current XPulse to make it less pricey. But it still needs to be seen whether Hero MotoCorp plans to use the same chassis for the 210cc variant. As per reports, the new XPulse 210 might be introduced sometime next year.

Meanwhile, the company will launch a new 440cc motorcycle early next year.
